The information below pertains to our service policy, office hours, appointment policy, insurance coverage and fees.

Services
Our health care is restricted to the specialty of Chiropractic. Within this specialty we deal primarily with the cause, treatment and prevention of diseases related to the dysfunction of the nervous system. Services are usually divided into three categories:

Office Hours
So that we may meet your needs more efficiently, we adhere to the following office schedule:

Monday:        8:00am - 12:00pm & 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Tuesday:       8:00am - 12:00pm & 2:00pm - 6:00pm
Wednesday:  8:00am - 12:00pm & 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Thursday:      8:00am - 12:00pm
Friday:           8:00am - 12:00pm & 2:00pm - 7:00pm
Saturday:       Closed
Sunday:         Closed

Appointments
Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call in advance to reserve a time. If a problem arises with the scheduling of your appointment, we do  appreciate two hours advance notice of cancellation. Note: We  are currently not accepting appointments by email. Please call us to  schedule a visit. Our phone number is 770-979-2731. We will be glad to  fax to you our case history forms for you to complete prior to your  appointment.
Also for your convenience, we will be happy to verify  your insurance coverage prior to your first appointment. Please fax to  us a copy of your insurance card. Our fax number is 770-658-2001.

Your Visit to the Office
Please inform the receptionist of your arrival before being seated. Before you are seen by the doctor, you will be asked to complete a case history  regarding your condition or problem. Some of this information will  involve your past medical history. The questions are all necessary,  because they supply the doctor with essential information about you. It  is also important that we know the names of and dosages of any  medications you have been, or are taking.

Insurance and Fees
Patients are responsible for all fees for services rendered. Your first visit  must be paid in full, unless other arrangements have been made, or your  insurance coverage dictates only a co-pay be made. After your initial  visit, several payment plans are available.
Medicare patients are  responsible for examination and x-ray charges only unless you are  covered by a secondary policy. We are medicare participating providers;  so after your first visit, you will be responsible for 20% of the  treatment charge unless you are covered by a secondary policy.
Those patients without insurance are responsible for payment in full at the time the services are rendered.
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover for financing of your treatment fees.
